Return Request Window

Customers must submit a return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving their order. Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted. To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone with your order details and reason for return.

Eligible Conditions for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions. If you receive a damaged or defective item, such as torn stitching, broken buttons, or any manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a return or exchange. If the color of the product received is significantly different from what was shown on the website, you may request a return. Items that are incorrectly sent, meaning a different product or size than what was ordered, are also eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. Products that are returned without their original tags or packaging will not be accepted. Returns based on a change of mind or incorrect size selection by the customer will not be entertained.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected by our team, your refund or exchange will be processed within 15 days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation. You will be notified via email or phone once your refund has been processed.

Exchange Policy

If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will do our best to provide the same item in the correct condition or color, subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
